Cambodia-ASEAN Educational Development Association (CAEDA) is a leading center for professional and intellectual growth in Cambodia. The association’s headquarters are located in a prime area of Phnom Penh: Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, along the famous Sothearos Boulevard. CAEDA’s English Language Program goes beyond basic grammar, teaching "Global English" for business and diplomacy so that Cambodian professionals can represent their country on the world stage. Academic partners like Angkor University, NUBB, IUC, and CAPI help keep the curriculum at a high national standard, while their link with CTAFA ensures students understand Cambodia’s tax and legal rules; a must-have skill for any future business owner. One of CAEDA’s proudest achievements is the A-Sassy Project, which is funded by the European Union (EU) and run alongside API and Mlup Baitong. This project proves that CAEDA can manage high-level international programs. A-Sassy is all about "Youth Empowerment," giving students a platform to speak up and help shape local and national policies. By working on this project, CAEDA has shown it is a "Trusted Partner" for international donors, using strict standards for monitoring and reporting.
