Cambodia-ASEAN Educational Development Association is a premier institution for training and human resource development, established with the strategic objective of elevating the qualifications of Cambodian youth. We uphold a steadfast commitment to bridging the gap between academic theory and the practical demands of the labor market, with a specific focus on integrating youth into the economic currents and developmental landscape of the ASEAN region. We serve as a catalyst in providing essential "hard" and "soft" skills for the 21st century, including foreign languages (English and Chinese), digital technology, leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation. Through quality curricula, we are dedicated to transforming Cambodian youth into high-potential human capital, ready to actively contribute to driving economic growth and sustainable national social progress.

Cambodia–ASEAN Educational Development Association (CAEDA) is committed to advancing education as a powerful tool for personal growth, social development, and regional cooperation. Our mission is rooted in the belief that education should be accessible, meaningful, and transformative, enabling learners from diverse backgrounds to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world. Through our educational programs—particularly in English language development and academic capacity building—CAEDA seeks to empower students to communicate effectively, engage confidently in academic and professional settings, and compete on equal footing at both national and international levels. We strive to nurture learners who not only achieve academic success but also demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and respect for society. Guided by the values of quality, inclusiveness, and sustainability, CAEDA continuously works to strengthen its educational systems by improving teaching and learning practices, enhancing institutional management, developing human resources, and fostering a supportive and learner-centered environment. Cambodia-ASEAN Educational Development Association (CAEDA) was established with a strong commitment to bridging educational gaps and creating inclusive opportunities for learners across Cambodia and the ASEAN region. We believe that education is the foundation for sustainable development, social equity, and economic growth. As Deputy Director in Charge of Communication, Publicity, Business, and Economy, my primary responsibility is to strengthen CAEDA’s public presence, institutional image, and engagement with stakeholders. Through strategic communication and publicity, we ensure that our vision, programs, and impact are clearly conveyed to the public, partners, and the communities we serve. In addition, I oversee business development and economic strategies that support the Association’s growth and resilience. By fostering partnerships with educational institutions, development organizations, and the private sector, we mobilize resources, encourage innovation, and align educational initiatives with workforce development and economic needs. Our work is guided by collaboration, sustainability, and forward-looking strategies. We aim not only to expand access to education, but also to strengthen the link between learning, employability, and economic progress. Through integrated communication, strategic partnerships, and responsible economic planning, CAEDA continues to position itself as a trusted platform for educational development in Cambodia and the ASEAN region. Cambodia-ASEAN Educational Development Association (CAEDA) was established with the core mission of cultivating human capital and enhancing the professional competencies and qualifications of Cambodian youth. We are steadfast in our commitment to bridging the gap between academic theory and the practical requirements of the contemporary labor market. Our primary focus is to strategically integrate the younger generation into the economic engines and developmental frameworks of the ASEAN region. My primary responsibility is to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness in producing all of CAEDA’s promotional programs and advertising. My goal is to ensure the public, especially Cambodian youth, receives clear information while gaining a deeper understanding of our achievements and journey. Furthermore, CAEDA has produced numerous educational videos and knowledge-sharing content, which play a vital role in promoting Cambodia’s education sector in the digital age. This includes programs such as PSBU Vision, Women in Innovation Era, PSBU My Youth, and many others. We also produce a monthly E-Magazine available in three languages: Khmer, English, and Chinese. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to expanding our creative and cinematic output to broaden the reach of our educational resources. I am firmly committed to driving continuous improvement in our production standards and integrating cutting-edge technical innovations across the organization. Our goal is to empower students with the linguistic proficiency and knowledge needed to communicate effectively, engage with confidence and professionalism, and compete on both national and international stages. Beyond academic excellence and success, our learners are cultivated to demonstrate a strong sense of social responsibility and mutual respect. By adhering to the principles of quality and sustainability, CAEDA is consistently committed to strengthening its educational system.
